Even though we live way across the country from 'Office Furniture' and never had done business with them before, we decided to take a chance on them and were not disappointed. For days we spent much time & effort searching all the furniture stores in our city plus many websites before we discovered 'Office Furniture.com' and found EXACTLY what we were looking for in an entertainment center. Our requirements were rigid--it had to be white or ivory (which is difficult to find); width size was critical having to fit perfectly on a "shorter" wall between a fireplace and end of wall: it had to include cubby style display shelves surrounding TV space; it had to have storage cupboards for VCR, DVDs, etc.; and still leave space to fit a large flat screen TV. Tall order for sure--but 'Office Furniture' was able to accommodate in every way-- and a bonus...it was very reasonably priced compared to others that didn't even compare in quality of product.
Customer service was a '10' on a 1-10 scale. I can't say enough about how courteous and accommodating their reps were--they were awesome.
When a 'glitch' happened (beyond their control), they were quick to fix it and even compensated us for our trouble.
Would we do business with them again? In a heartbeat!!
